Stress testing

The purpose of stress testing is to find out the status of the heart. All stress tests put the heart in a state of action, whether with exercise or chemically. One of the most common reasons to perform a stress test is to determine if there is a blockage in the blood supply of the heart or the adequacy of revascularization. It is used to assess valve function. It can be used to determine efficacy of medications. It can be used to determine the correlation of symptoms to heart performance. Although not a complete list, these common reasons for stress testing help diagnose potential problems.

At CHC we tailor the right test for the right person!
